the hotel offers a handy coffee maker right in the room! also, the modern decor throughout the hotel is well maintained, I enjoyed it.
The central air conditioning meant I couldn't adjust the room temperature to my liking. It was a bit too warm!

The location was convenient. It was a short walk to the tube station. The room was clean. The staff were helpful at check-in.
The air conditioning unit did not seem to function properly. The room felt stuffy. This started early in the morning, disruptive.

The location is super convenient. Tube and overground train ARE only two minutes away. The staff were friendly and accommodated me with free breakfast the next day I think because I stayed there a few times.
The rooms were super small. It WAS hard to even get in and out of the bathroom. The rooms were also way too dark. There were only desk lamps in the bed area.

The location was excellent and provided easy access to the city. Earls Court underground station was close, approximately a ten-minute walk. I found the bars and restaurants a short walk up the road. The hotel rooms were recently refurbished and quiet.
There was no guest staircase.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was simple and quick, and I was greeted with a friendly smile. Staff made an effort to smile when I passed by, it was very polite

The restaurant was lovely. There was ample choice of foods, everything was super. The food I tasted was just great and at a reasonable price. I loved the fish pie they serve, it's quite tasty.

The hotel provided everything my stay required and more. The location is close to multiple bus stops, underground, and overground train stations. Parking at the hotel was easily accessible and very convenient, what made me very grateful.
